A Neon Sunset.

Top: Pleoine ($19.99), Skirt: Banana Lemon ($8.99), Shoes: Vince Camuto ($38.99), Watch: Marc Jacobs ($180)

It's kind of hard to believe, but yes this is a new post. Let's let that sink in for a while. A lot has happened since the last few posts - J and I came back from our 6 month stint in Mumbai - which we have such fond memories of, even the bad days were special because it was our first time living by ourselves and we can't wait to go back. We've worked on a movie, did a photo-shoot series with kids for the first time, started an online styling business with Keaton Row - which is a slow start. So, the need to let out our creative juices flowing, finally brought us back to our old blog. A is really busy right now, so J and I are going to try to keep updating because we feel like we're being productive and it also helps us feel inspired, plus it's just so much fun - we forgot that for a while.

Bows and Bowler Hats.

Dress: H&M($20), Bowler Hat:Joana's(Unknown) , Oxfords: Candies (Kohl's - $10), Jewelry: Forever 21($3-$6)

This dress is just so adorable and it has pockets...kind of makes it perfect. The day A got this we were looking for a long dress which we didn't find, but obviously bought this instead. A squealed like a kid in a candy store when she saw it. Before we took these pictures, we tried this pizza place in Fremont for lunch - it wasn't good, so to make up for it we went for crepes! Totally made-up for it. After that, because it was still too sunny, we went to Nordstrom Rack but came back empty-handed...and that made us a little sad. Taking these pictures was interesting, we kept hearing things in the grass...I was totally creeped out. I felt like a snake was going to crawl up my legs anytime and we kept getting honked at...people really need to stop doing that.

Son of a Gun.

Hola! This post is in celebration of me finding this amazing maxi skirt at Forever 21. I have been looking for one for so long, one that was not too expensive and as usual Forever 21 came through. It's the perfect length; usually maxi skirts and dresses hit me at an awkward length because I'm taller than most people, but this maxi is perfect! I'm so glad maxis are in again because as much as I love mini skirts I prefer the 'flowy' feeling of maxis a lot more. They are to me more feminine and I love twirling around in them. =) What do you guys think maxis or minis?

On a serious note Japan is going through so much pain right now and many are living on rice balls and bread and are receiving very little water. To help the people of Japan, here is a link to The American Red Cross Donate here.  A little can go a long way.

Today.

Hello everyone! Today J and I (A) went shopping because I saw some flats on Urban Outfitters' website that I really wanted. As soon as we walked in, we died. Everything in the store was heavenly and needed to be in our closets. I think we  touched and drooled over most of the items in the store. Sad yeah, I know but that's just how we roll. After fawning over the clothes, we started to look for my flats and unfortunately we didn't find them...but the anger and disappointment didn't stop us from browsing some more.

We headed to the sale area to see if they had anything. J of course went toward the bags to see what they had. After a few minutes she came to me and showed me the purse she just found and it was only $10! We thought it was a mistake, so we looked at the price a couple times. So we went to check out and yes it was only $10! Oh praise the gods we found another beautiful bag for a ridiculously low price!
After this find we headed to Banana Republic to see if they had any big, old lady sweaters. Like Urban Outfitters, everything inside Banana Republic was beautiful. I felt like I was having a fashiongasm. Honestly it was getting too much to handle. Banana Republic's Spring line is amazing. Everything I wouldn't expect them to have they did...like a black leather jacket, which by the way was a piece of art. I found five sweaters I wanted, but I knew that was a little too much, so I got this beautiful sweater. It's unbelievably comfortable it feels like you're surrounded by a cloud.
The necklace was at BR and those pants that we have to have right now, but can't afford, were at Urban...sigh!

To end this day, all three of us went to our favorite cafe, Bay Street, and just chilled...made observations and were quite judgmental about people's fashion choices...do you need evidence, check out our tweets from today!

Yearning for some LANVIN love...

15 days until Lanvin finally arrives at H&M! I'm dying in anticipation and keep looking at pictures to satiate my desire, of owning a piece, because I probably won't afford it.

However, the calender's all set and all 3 of us will be going to H&M together, to witness the fabulousness.

A few that I (J) really want or even one would do actually ;-)

La BoƮte Rose.

A bright sunny day. A girl finds a box, laying there with a string.

It was a cute box, she decided to take it with her.

But, it was no ordinary box. It had a mind of its own. Floating in this world, following, trying to form a connection.

A mind of its own meant fleeting thoughts. And what's a floating box to do...yes it wanted to go higher. But, it got stuck in a tree. The girl tried to take it down.

The girl was successful and saw that it was safe and sound. She then started pondering, what was inside the box.

The girl opened the box and found a whole picnic, full of cakes, eclairs, champagne...what a find! She decided to rest and partake in the enjoyment of the gifts the box had presented her.

It seemed the box had found what it needed. Somebody to take and appreciate what it had to offer inside.

The girl was satisfied and decided it was time for an afternoon nap.

The box looked over its companion, both satisfied.
