It's kind of hard to believe, but yes this is a new post. Let's let that sink in for a while. A lot has happened since the last few posts - J and I came back from our 6 month stint in Mumbai - which we have such fond memories of, even the bad days were special because it was our first time living by ourselves and we can't wait to go back. We've worked on a movie, did a photo-shoot series with kids for the first time, started an online styling business with Keaton Row - which is a slow start. So, the need to let out our creative juices flowing, finally brought us back to our old blog. A is really busy right now, so J and I are going to try to keep updating because we feel like we're being productive and it also helps us feel inspired, plus it's just so much fun - we forgot that for a while. 

Color my shoes.

Most of my recent shoe purchases have been all about color. I noticed that my old shoes are either black or brown, and yes those colors are great for going with most outfits, but colorful shoes are so much more fun! It's Spring; it's time to loosen up and go crazy with colors!

Also making a special appearance in this post are my very first pair of sunglasses! I've worn glasses
for most of my life and just recently got contacts, so I got some sunglasses from Urban Outfitters. They are so cute! I love the butterfly edges. Since I'm all about color I've been trying to incorporate the same mantra with my jewelry. Let me just say neon jewelry is fabouloooous! You can be wearing such a blah outfit, but if you add one of these bad boys...voila color!

Spring revelations.

Whenever I need more inspiration I'm on Tumblr. I'm seriously addicted. Look at these women! They have impeccable taste. I love all the color! I really need to have more colorful clothing for this spring and summer. I usually shy away from super bright colors but I'm really feeling them now.

We were not into taking pictures today, at all. It was too windy and cold for Spring hence this outfit. It took so many tries for these to come out somewhat decent... the light was weird. Allergies have taken over J's life and she had a cough, so she took cough medicine which made her sleepy, so she didn't feel like doing much. I just wanted to take the pictures in front of my house, so we wouldn't have to go to the park...but A convinced me. I am not sure if it was worth it. There were way too many people...and I was too cold. By the time we were done A was drained because I made her change location so many times and I was just annoyed and I am not even happy with the end result. It really was blah.

Maximal Perigee.

Writing's a funny thing, sometimes when you want to write really badly nothing happens and sometimes out of nowhere you're struck with lightening. This is not one of those times though, but I will ramble about the moon, the weather, these photographs, life...

We took these picture for the website J and I are starting. We're actually personal shoppers and wardrobe consultants. We really want to be stylists, but haven't gotten any big opportunities to do published work. We have styled some fashion shows...anyway, Spring is so beautiful and putting nature together with material items brings out their beauty even more. I love how shallow and deep fashion can be sometimes, this is not one of those times though. 

Today is the day of the super-moon, also known as Maximal Perigee. All three of us are trying to get a glimpse at it, but we haven't succeeded yet. It's much too rainy and cloudy. I love clouds and rain; I usually welcome them, this is not of those times though.

I wish it would clear a little bit. The clouds, the rain, my mind, my life. It's all so melancholy. So hard. Trying to see through the clouds. Wishing it was the super-moon and not more clouds. Until next time folks.
