Fall awakening.

                                                                       ( Source:Tumblr)

I'm hoping everyday that the weather will cool down, so I can finally wear a sweater. But the weather hates me, so it's still in the 90's... so I'm stuck in a tank top. Even though I can't wear fall clothes I can certainly buy them and prepare. My sweaters will need friends so to keep them company I've been purchasing rings. I can't wait till the weather gets so cold I'm stuck in an over-sized sweater sipping a vanilla latte.

What it is you do to keep your eyes all shiny?

Hi everyone, S here! So who's been dying a little bit everyday looking at the shows from NYFW? We obviously have been fawning over all the beautiful clothes, especially the Marc Jacobs collection, which was such a great mix of leather and latex with the femininity of the polka-dot! Does that man ever do anything wrong?!

Now, on to this outfit - which if I say so myself is just perfect, comfortable and chic. It started out with this H&M sweater, which was tucked behind shirts that didn't really deserve to be next to it. When A saw this, she knew she had to own it! And than I remember that A had that maroon dress, let me go off on a tangent here...isn't it the perfect dress to wear when you get sired as a vampire by Angel! Buffy fans raise your hands! WWD reported that Rodarte birthday cakes are decorated with pictures of Buffy the Vampire Slayer at Fashion Week. Aww...Kate and Laura (yeah we're on a first name basis -- in my dreams!) totally get props for that! End of tangent. After that the outfit just came together on its own. Those shoes are the cherry strawberry on the top, which by the way were a steal for $76...especially because they were supposed to be $137, but were somehow marked down only on one of the shoes. We looked all over Macy's for the other shoe, but didn't find it. The sales associate said it was the last shoe! But, than we saw another pair...(rolls eyes), but that one had the right price, but they honored the lower price...what a great day!

Oh you know, I was looking at the Marc Jacobs Fall 2011 collection for the fourth time today and I noticed that outfit kind of reminds me of one of the looks? What do you think? Am I just deluding myself just so I have a connection with my 'bestie' Marc (also on a first name basis)?

Today.

While J was struggling at home with a sinus :(, A and S were at the mall returning a pair of shoes. We took our camera with us, just in case and we took some pictures for your viewing pleasure. There were so many great things we could've bought, but only if we had the moolah! We weren't supposed to take too long, but we kept getting distracted by all the things and A decided we have some kind of disorder...S named it Distracted by Pretty Shiny Things Disorder. Here are all the agents of that disorder.
While we were walking from Macy's to Nordstrom, we saw a long line at M.A.C. and these posters of Wonder Woman. Apparently, they had a new collection out and they were putting make-up on and if you liked the collection, they made reservations for you on Valentine's Day to get your make-up done. Sounded pretty cool, but the line was too long for us go through with it.
